This badge recognises activity organisers and care home staff who demonstrate an advanced understanding of the role of meaningful and inclusive physical, mental and social activities in enhancing residents' wellbeing.
Introduction to care home activity
This badge is awarded to care home staff who demonstrate understanding of meaningful activities and show how they create positive engagement opportunities for residents in their daily practice.
Planning your learning
This badge recognises understanding of effective learning planning in social services. Badge holders should be able to take ownership of their professional development and use a learning plan to support their career growth.
1. SSSC MyLearning and Learning Zone orientation
This badge is awarded to people who complete the orientation tutorial for SSSC MyLearning and SSSC Learning Zone platforms. By earning this badge, they demonstrate an understanding of how these services can support Continuous Professional Learning (CPL).
