Leadership Thing 13 – The impact I have on others

To earn this badge you must:
- Work through Thing 13 of 23 Things for Leadership.
- Write at least 200 words to evidence how you have reflected on the impact your behaviour, actions, words, attitude and manner have on others.
Before you submit applications and evidence for any of the 23 Things Leadership open badges, it is recommended that you achieve these two open badges first:

You may also find it helpful to complete Things 1-4 before starting Thing 13.
Complete all of the the activities as described in Thing 13 – ‘The impact I have on others’ and write a statement (minimum 200 words) reflecting on reflect on the following questions,
- How did the feedback you got help you to reflect on your practice?
- What did you do differently following the feedback (if anything)?
