Leadership Thing 14 – Resilience and my self-leadership

To earn this badge you must:
- work through Thing 14 of 23 Things Leadership.
- write at least 200 words to evidence how you have reflected on the range of strategies which build your resilience at work, or how you have supported others to be resilient, either as a colleague or manager.
Before you submit applications and evidence for any of the 23 Things Leadership open badges, it is recommended that you achieve these two open badges first:

You may also find it helpful to complete Things 1-4 before starting Thing 14.
Complete all of the the activities as described in Thing 14 – ‘Resilience and my self-leadership’ and write a statement (minimum 200 words) to evidence how you have reflected on the range of strategies which build your resilience at work, or how you have supported others to be resilient, either as a colleague or manager.
