Module 2 – How to develop a search strategy
By the end of this module you will know how to:
- How to focus your topic
- How to use or/and to combine search terms
- Use frameworks to help break down your question
“How to search the literature effectively” is an e-learning resource developed by Health Education England and adapted by NHS Scotland. It consists of 4 modules for anyone working in Social Services and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete each module.
The Literature Searching modules are freely available to anyone with a Turas Learn account, which is available to all health and care staff in Scotland. If you do not have an account already, please register. This will ensure your learning activity is recorded and you will be able to generate a record of completion.
