The “Tools for talking about health and care” Open Badge provides communication tips for anyone working with individuals who have health and care needs. When having health and care discussions with the people you support, it can be difficult to know if the information is understood. Upon completion of this badge you will have a better understanding of the importance of health literacy techniques in your daily practice.
